This is a service design project that was created on my own because of the frustration that I started to get using my local food stores' app. It became a redesign of the digital app but I also created a prototype of a new product, 'The Smart Rolling Basket'.

An accounting customer needed a UX audit and a design recommendation for their platform targeted toward their customers and employees. Their users can manage reports and messages and access third-party services from the workspace. However, it was facing some usability issues that needed to be addressed. To be able to suit the customers' timeline we were tasked to come up with a design recommendation which resulted in conducting a condensed design sprint with the customer that solved the issues they were facing.

One of the features I did while working in the sports betting industry was research and design the search functionality on the sportsbook. Among many other features, this is one that was highly requested by users and one that would make a significant impact on the sportsbook. Search functionality in itself can seem like a simple feature however, there was great detail that needed to be considered for this project. 

Another big feature that I did while working in the sports betting industry was researching and designing the feature Quick Single Betslip. This is one that was highly requested by the customers and one that would make a great impact on placing bets on the sportsbook. The feature itself is a quicker check-out for single bets only.
